What we collect

We process information you submit through contact, order, and commission enquiry forms: name, email, message, and optionally phone, country, and product serial number. We do not collect analytics, tracking, or marketing data.

Purpose and legal basis

The purpose is to respond to your enquiry, prepare offers, and complete agreements. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries).

Recipients

Data is stored in Supabase (cloud database hosted in the EU). We do not sell, share, or publish your personal data to third parties.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months and reviewed quarterly. Data linked to completed orders may be retained longer for accounting and warranty purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). To exercise any right, contact us at jacob@billesholm.com.
